Synchronised to the moon's daily cycle, this tide clock gives you an innovative and convenient guide to tides. Simply set the hand to the full tide position at exactly high tide for your chosen location, then throw away your tide table! The quartz driven hand will rotate every 12 hours and 25 minutes around the recycled coffee cup fascia, giving you the state of the tide at a glance. This design also provides an indication of how many hours remain until high or low water.

The production of these clocks has already saved more than 5,000,000 plastic cups from ending up in landfill sites, making this range fantastically eco-friendly.

It acts as a market and export facilitator for small craft producers who often live in the more remote areas of Bali. The foundation has a design centre where producers can access resources, work with designers and get regular training on new trends, technical aspects of production, health and safety and environmentally sustainable production.

Mitra Bali also has an environmental programme replanting Albesia (Blalu) trees. They ensure that their producers receive 50% of the total payment up front.
